Website Development

NZ Show Dogs website is still in the developmental stage and things change often. As frustrating as it is, occasionally things don't work ! The most obvious thing for you may be a duplicate email being received some time after your purchase, in most cases simply ignore it. The system is set up to automatically generate these, and sometimes even when we turn it off a few still slip through....please accept our apology.

Payment Options

We accept payment by:

Paypal
Credit Card

You can pay directly into NZSD bank account or use your paypal or credit card online.

If you select Paypal/Credit Card as your payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal's website to complete payment which is encrypted using the industry standard technology before being sent over the internet..

If you select Credit card as your payment method, to ensure all credit card transaction are secure we use the merchant services of PayPal (you do not need a paypal account) your order will also be processed by our Paypal Merchant A/c.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days of payment receipt.
Shipping is set by each vendor. Orders including items from multiple vendors are calculated in the total delivery cost.
Most Vendors use NZ ParcelPost Standard Delivery (approx 5-7 days) and shipping starts at $6.
Orders Shipped directly by NZSD include tracking, and have optional Express Delivery: Orders processed & dispatch within 1 working day & NZ Post Courier Non Signature Delivery (approx 3 days dependant upon your address)
If your order has a tracking number it will be on shown by the end of the day under Accounts > Order details, and you can track its progress at NZ Post Tracking

So even if you purchase items from different vendors at the same time, your shipping total will calculate this for you. The shipping options will include each sellers individual shipping costs, so you know what you are paying for.

There are separate urban and rural delivery costs for you to choose from. (as at 1/6/2018 NZ Post introduced a Rural Delivery fee on all mail/parcels)

World Wide Shipping is available for most products, other than Panagenics and Mars which has official agents in each country.

We do our best to calculate international shipping, however if its is significantly different from that calculated at checkout we will contact you.
